Apparently, forgetting your flashlight isn’t the only way to lose your way in the woods.

Twin brothers, pastors and outdoorsmen Chad and James Hampton have released 100 Days of Strength for Hunters, a new devotional that combines biblical principles with lessons learned from years spent hunting, working in ministry and, presumably, arguing over which twin actually spotted the deer first.

Released September 1 through BroadStreet Publishing, the book uses stories from the field to explore discipline, distractions and staying focused on faith. It’s familiar territory for the brothers, who founded Huntin’ the Truth Ministries and have spent years using hunting and the outdoors as an unconventional doorway into conversations about Christianity. Their work has expanded through hunting camps, wild game dinners, outreach programs and their Twin Factor television series.

The Hamptons are supporting the devotional with a series of appearances stretching into 2027, including churches, outdoor events, Bass Pro Shops in Sevierville, Tennessee, the National Religious Broadcasters Convention in Washington, D.C., and, because sometimes the universe writes the punchline for you, the Twins Day Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Turns out hitting the snooze button might cost you more than the morning hunt.
